Understanding Local Government regulationsUnderstanding Local Government processesTraining users/clients on using the softwareTesting configurationCollaborate with colleagues to deliver on requirementsCreating Workflows or DashboardsTroubleshooting issuesAdvise on system improvementsSystem configuration of Property & Rating Solutions.Preparing Documents and reportsPost-implementation support
What Will Make You Successful In This Role
Local Government experience is highly desirableExperience within the TechnologyOne CiA Experience working on Revenue / Rating and Compliance is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills
