Once you're confident with the tech, step into the Sales Support team. You’ll be the go-to for solutions, proposals, and top-tier customer experiences.
You’ll be the one making things happen behind the scenes. Supporting BDMs, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring every proposal is on point and on time.
Your love of problem-solving will shine here. Tailor solutions, bring clarity to complex questions, and keep the process moving, all while building genuine client relationships.

You’re curious by nature and love figuring out how things work - maybe you’ve built your own PC or set up a smart home system just for fun.
You have at least 2 years of experience within a Sales Support or Customer Service role. You’re a people person at heart, and you value building and nurturing relationships.
You’re organised, approachable, and you thrive in environments where no two days are the same.
