The Role: Flint DirectorThis isn't just a job. It's your business inside Flint - with the full backing of Australia's most powerful brokerage platform. You own your clients, partners and trail book - own your future You grow with a 50+ person support team behind you - credit, CX, loan processing, admin, ops and post-settlement You scale with FlintMedia - video, social, PR, personal, marketing and branding You automate with FlintAI - admin, nurture, proposals, agents, and content built-in You lead your own internal team when you're ready - and we’ll help you build it!
Note: This is a commission-only role, but you're the legal owner of your business, brand, trail and client base from day one.
