Join Australia’s leading Custom-Made Flight Suit manufacturer in this dynamic and varied role. We are seeking an enthusiastic Designer & Patternmaker with excellent garment-development skills to lead our textiles design team. As a hands-on business, the role also includes close involvement with different production personnel and our sales order team to support timely development of our Style Sheets (tech packs) and requires excellent analytical skills to assist with productivity reporting functions to the Production Supervisor.
Essential criteria: Workplace experience in pattern development and modifications (including grading)Demonstrated experience with StyleCADDemonstrated experience with Adobe IllustratorA passion for textiles design and an interest in the manufacturing sector Aptitude in Office365, particularly MS Excel and Outlook Professional manner and excellent communication skillsMeticulous eye for detailThe successful applicant must be able to provide references and a portfolio
