Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll be a key hands-on P&C Business Partner, supporting leaders through change, modernising practices, and shaping a positive, human-centric employee experience across a multi-site environment.

Partner with leaders to drive workforce, culture, and performance outcomesProvide expert advice on employee relations, compliance, and people governanceProviding practical support and guidance to leaders on people mattersSupporting and embedding organisational change initiativesReviewing and uplifting policies in line with evolving legislationDriving consistent, compliant and contemporary people practices across the employee lifecycleContribute to organisational design, workforce planning and P&C strategyLeverage systems and data to deliver insights and improve processesChampion engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement across sitesWhat you'll bring
