FWM Group is looking for a ‘go-getter’ Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales team.

Fusion Walan Miya Group (FWM Group) owns and operates two Nationally Accredited Registered Training Organisation's (RTO’s), Fusion Training Solutions RTO 91812 and Walan Miya RTO 21359. Located in the Illawarra, Northern Rivers and the Far South Coast of NSW, FWM Group provides a range of training opportunities across the state of NSW.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to engage an experienced Business Development Executive on a permanent basis to drive our training activity across numerous sectors though primarily focused on the construction and civil industries.  This role will include a geographical spread between Sydney, the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, New England and mid coast regions of NSW.  This position is to report directly to the CEO.

You will cultivate and strengthen partnerships with new and existing employers in the civil, construction, local government and demolition sectors.  This position will be ‘work from home’ and will require regular travel as per business requirements.  Ideally the individual will be someone that is looking to take management responsibility for their region and help grow our team and footprint over time.

Your key accountabilities will be:

  • The planning and execution of sales and marketing activities
  • Building customer relationships
  • Joint business planning
  • Execution of sales targets
  • Developing new business and delivering on category growth

 

ABOUT YOU

You are a self-starter and strategic thinker with a track record of cultivating impactful partnerships. You can demonstrate your deep understanding of market trends and possess the ability to leverage your insights to unlock new opportunities. Your forward-thinking mindset allows you to tackle any challenge and unlock sales opportunities.

  • You will need to have experience in delivering customer service excellence with the ability to deliver set KPI’s.  This may be from a relevant industry or from the VET sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly are essential.
  • The ability to organise your own workload to achieve deadlines with a good attention to detail is also required.
  • The ability to get on the road and deliver solutions to customers across regional NSW.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) industry is not necessary but is desirable.  A Full Australian valid Driver’s License is also required.
  • Knowledge of Smart and Skilled funding is desirable and a children check is necessary.
