Denman Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) is seeking a compassionate and reliable Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our dedicated healthcare team in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to elderly residents
- Assist nursing staff with clinical and daily care tasks
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
- Recognise and escalate concerns appropriately
About You
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar setting (desirable)
- A genuine passion for caring for older people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Sound clinical awareness and judgment, including escalation of issues
