Due to ongoing operational needs, we are seeking experienced and reliable Charter and Tour Bus Drivers to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Charter and Tour Bus Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company buses, primarily for charter, tour, and regional transport services. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses for charter and tour services, including sightseeing and educational tours
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure passenger safety during boarding, transit, and disembarking
• Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate trip records and complete required documentation
• Report vehicle faults, incidents, or maintenance requirements promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicles
• Provide courteous and professional service to passengers, including school students, tourists, and elderly passengers
• Assist passengers as needed during trips

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant bus or heavy vehicle driving experience, preferably in charter, tour, or regional passenger transport
• Valid Australian HR or MR driver licence
• PTD Authorisation (or ability to obtain in WA)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Working with Children Clearance
• Strong understanding of road safety and passenger transport regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and split shifts
