About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our Toddler Room (2–3.5 years). This is a full-time position working 5 days per week with a rostered day off (RDO).

You will work alongside a dedicated and experienced team of educators who are committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. Supported by approachable management and a positive team culture, you will play a key role in leading the room, supporting children's learning and development, and maintaining our high standards of practice.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in an Early Childhood Teacher role

  • Strong experience with programming, planning, and documentation for children's learning

  • Current Working With Children's Check

  • Current Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025 preferred)

  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Current references

  • Australian Permanent Residency and unrestricted working rights in Australia
