About the role
We're on the hunt for a hands-on, reliable Front of House All-Rounder to join our team on a casual basis. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be right in the middle of everything — from greeting customers with a smile to cooking up breakfast favourites on the grill.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Processing sales and payments accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment

• Making sandwiches, rolls and made-to-order items

• Preparing and serving coffee and other hot & cold drinks

• Cooking fast food items — bacon & egg rolls, burgers, chips and more

• Prepping vegetables and meat patties for burgers

• Packing orders and keeping the display cases looking sharp

• Receiving deliveries and replenishing stock

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and food-safe work area

What we're looking for

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Hospitality, café or bakery experience preferred but not essential — we'll train the right person

• Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends

• Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure

• Great customer service skills and a team-first mindset

• Reliable, punctual and presentable

• Food Safety certification is a bonus (or willingness to obtain)

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Availability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM as required
