Roof Masters East Coast Australia is seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our busy team based in Belmont. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

As the first point of contact, you will have a friendly, professional, and bubbly phone manner to handle a high volume of calls while providing exceptional customer service. Your day will also include a variety of office administration duties to help keep our busy office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Incoming and outgoing phone calls

• General reception and administration duties

• Accurate data entry

• Managing emails and correspondence

• Creating and updating client records in our in-house CRM platform

• Assisting the team with day-to-day office tasks

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience in office administration or reception

• Excellent computer skills and be highly tech-savvy

• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and preferably Excel

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• A happy and positive personality

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Work efficiently and streamline office operations

• The ability to work well within a team and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

What's on offer:

• Starting salary of $70,000 per annum plus superannuation

• Salary increases of $5,000 every six months over a three-year period for the successful applicant
