Known for delivering high-quality regional infrastructure and earthworks projects safely and on time, they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their leadership team and drive operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of multiple civil construction and earthworks projects.

• Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and field teams.

• Partner closely with the General Manager to optimise project delivery strategies, resource allocation, and financial performance.

• Coordinate plant, equipment, and labour deployment alongside the Maintenance Manager.

• Ensure strict adherence to WHS legislation, environmental regulations, and company quality standards.

• Strengthen relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
