Key Responsibilities:
- 2:1 support for a client recently discharging from care
- Manual handling, including hoist transfers
- Personal care, including showering, grooming, and dressing
- Continence support
- Supporting daily routines with dignity, respect, and professionalism
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the client
About You:
We are looking for Support Workers who are confident in providing personal care and manual handling support, and who bring a calm, reliable, and person-centred approach to care.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in disability or community care
- Confidence with hoist transfers and manual handling
- Strong communication skills
- A compassionate and respectful approach to supporting clients

Pay Rates – E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
- Base hourly rate: $35.15
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
- Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday): $39.37
- Saturday: $49.21
- Sunday: $63.27
- Public holiday: $77.33
