Opportunity
We are seeking a solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-admission experience in wills and estates. You will work closely with experienced partners across estate planning, probate, and estate litigation, while developing your own client base and deepening your expertise in private client advisory.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years PAE in wills and estates, with strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and succession law
- Proven skills in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and testamentary trusts
- Empathetic, client-focused mindset with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and sound judgment in sensitive, high-trust matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with leadership potential and an interest in mentoring
- Strong time management and adaptability across varied client needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
- Admission to practice law in Australia
- Minimum 3 years PAE in wills and estates; experience in commercial law will be viewed favourably
