The role & you
We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with a strong background in the water and sewer infrastructure sector to oversee the successful delivery of key projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing construction processes, ensuring project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and maintaining strict compliance with industry standards and regulations.
You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams, using your excellent communication and leadership skills to drive the project forward. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential, as you will need to identify and address issues promptly to maintain momentum and meet project milestones. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment will be crucial to achieving the project’s goals and delivering quality results.

Salary:
Base salary $72,500 p.a. – $79, 800 p.a. (commencing salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate depending on qualifications, skills and experience)
- Superannuation (11.5%)
- MCCs vehicle arrangement will provide a To and From Use vehicle for work purposes only
Location: This position will be based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree. However, as there is frequent travel involved, you will be required to be based from multiple Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.
Tenure: Permanent, Full Time.
