The Package: Annualised salary of $78,901.16 - $87,183.72 ($39.93 - $44.12 per hour) + 11.5% super and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26. The annualised salary includes all allowances other than on-call and overtime allowances and is the equivalent of Grade 11 in the QPRC Salary System 2024. Overtime Allowances, in addition to the annualised hourly rate, will be paid in accordance with the Award at the annualised hourly rate. An On-call Allowance, in addition to the annualised hourly rate, will be paid for eligible periods of time.
Full-time – 38 hours per week. 9-day fortnight conditions will apply.

In this role you will:
- Operate, maintain and develop our Council’s water, sewerage and urban stormwater network infrastructure.
- Significantly contribute to providing essential services to the community.
- Consistently inspect, report and record work activities.
- Participate in the ongoing training and development of new staff.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in work relating to water, recycled water, sewer and/or urban stormwater maintenance and operations.
- Actively contributes to team success with the ability to effectively lead and support other staff members.
- Can effectively use Microsoft suite of programs, monitoring and surveillance systems and electronic records management software.
