Your New Role:
As the Water and Sewer Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, commissioning, and management of critical control systems. Your expertise will be key in ensuring these systems comply with performance, safety, and regulatory standards. You will work independently to resolve complex technical challenges while providing expert guidance and solutions that align with Council’s strategic and operational goals.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant Engineering Degree, , along with extensive experience in control systems within water, wastewater, or utilities sectors. They will possess advanced technical knowledge in SCADA, PLC, DCS systems, and automation technologies, as well as expertise in programming languages and industrial communication protocols. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills are essential, along with experience in project management, budget oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
