About the role

Kickstart or grow your career in the water and wastewater industry with the City of Coffs Harbour!

We're seeking motivated Water and Wastewater Attendants to join our supportive, community-focused team. In this hands-on role, you'll help maintain water quality and waste systems, ensuring safety and compliance through inspections, routine maintenance, minor construction, and accurate record-keeping.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in the construction, operation, and/or maintenance of water infrastructure, wastewater infrastructure, and/or other relevant infrastructure.
  • National Construction Induction Certificate (White card)
  • Minimum Class C Drivers Licence (and willingness to obtain MR Licence)
  • Confined Space Certificate
  • Working at Heights Certificate
  • Working near overhead powerlines

The successful applicants may be required to take part in an on-call roster.

  • Starting salary of around $60K + Superannuation + Applicable allowances
  • Multiple Permanent opportunities - Full Time 38 hours per week
  • RDO’s and flexible working arrangements.
