About the role
This is a two-year fixed term, full time (Maternity Leave Cover) Monday to Friday position working 35 hours per week. This position is located at the Nowra Administration Buildingand will commence Monday 26 August 2024 until Friday 21 August 2026.

Duties
Reporting directly to the Supervisor – Water Revenue, the focus of this position is to:

  • Undertake financial administration actions including investigation of charges, conducting adjustments, bulk account transactions.
  • Account maintenance activities.
  • Process a variety of rebates.
  • Administer and process Direct Debit requests from Customers.
  • Debt management activities.
  • Conduct regular audits in relation to Water Account matters.
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner to all enquiries and information relating to Water Accounts.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or 3 years’ experience in an equivalent role.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strength working in a large customer accounts system.
