Wait Staff Wanted – Join the Opening Team of a Beautiful New Stirling Café!

Location: Stirling, South Australia

Position: Wait Staff – Casual

Opening: Summer 2025 – Hiring now!

Are you a natural host who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Do you love great coffee, fresh food, and being part of a positive team? We’re opening a brand new café in the heart of Stirling, and we’re looking for experienced, passionate, and dedicated front-of-house team members to help us bring it to life.

This is your chance to join something from the very beginning and play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming space that the local community will love.

About the Role

As part of our opening team, you’ll be the face of the café — greeting customers, delivering memorable service, and creating a positive vibe from the first day we open (and even before).

We’re building a venue where hospitality feels natural, warm, and unforced — and we want people who genuinely care about customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers with warmth, speed, and professionalism

  • Take orders, run food and drinks, and manage tables during service

  • Learn the menu, make recommendations, and guide customer choices

  • Support with opening and closing duties, cleaning, and setup

  • Work closely with baristas, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Bring energy, pride, and consistency to every shift

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hospitality or café service experience

  • Confident, calm, and customer-focused under pressure

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • A love for coffee, food, and making people feel welcome

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Team player with a “no job too small” attitude

  • RSA preferred (or willing to get one before opening)

Why Work With Us?

  • Be part of a brand new café from day one – shape how we do things

  • Positive, respectful team culture with supportive leadership

  • Work in a beautiful Adelaide Hills location with a vibrant community

  • Daytime hours only – no late nights!

  • Flexible shifts and growth opportunities as we expand

  • Staff discounts, great coffee, and a place you’ll be proud to work in

Love hospitality and ready for a fresh start? We’re building our team now ahead of our Summer 2025 launch. Send your resume and a short note about why you’d be a great fit to: ***************@gmail.com

Good food. Great coffee. Genuine hospitality. Come be part of something new in Stirling.
