Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including ordering, stock control, and rostering

• Foster a positive team culture aligned with our brand values

• Manage labour and sales budgets effectively

• Identify opportunities to boost sales and enhance the customer experience

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and presentation in the café

• Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency for work authorisation

You'll Be Perfect for This Role If You Have:

• A passion for coffee, food and people

• At least three years of experience in a similar role

• Strong customer service and barista skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities
