What you need to know...

  • temporary full time - 70 hours per fortnight
  • the package: $41,932 per annum plus superannuation, per annum
  • location - Grafton

About the role

Are you looking to start a career where you can help create sustainable and vibrant communities? Do you want to be paid whilst studying and gaining real-world experience? Do you want to be mentored and supported by a professional multidisciplinary team? Then Clarence Valley Council has a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join us as Trainee Planner. The successful candidate will either be willing to commence or be currently completing tertiary studies in Planning, while gaining on-the-job experience at Council. The opportunity includes advancing to a permanent full time planning role when you complete your studies. Other important information

This position is located at Council's Grafton Office, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A probation period applies to this position.
