About the Role

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Water, Waste and Sewer teams in an administration role, providing administration support to the Managers and Team Members. The primary purpose of this position is to:

 

  • Provide technical and administrative support to the Manager Waste, Water and Sewer and team members so that accurate and timely data can inform operational performance (including regulatory reporting) and strategic planning for future asset management.
  • Contribute to the customer service outputs of the waste and water cycle teams including work health and safety and continuous improvements.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in municipal water, sewer and solid waste management and knowledge of local government and other legislation as well as policies and practices related to municipal water, sewer and solid waste service provision.

High level customer service skills and the ability to form strong professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders is essential.

In return for your hard work and dedication, Council is offering a competitive commencing salary of between $65,832 and $75,707 (plus superannuation), negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
