Team Leaders - Transport Division

We’re on the lookout for skilled and motivated individuals to fill three key Team Leader positions within our Transport Division. If you’re driven by the desire to lead, foster and enable a team to achieve quality and high performance, then this is your opportunity to shine. 

• Team Leader - Drainage Crew - based out of Armidale (Position Description)
• Team Leader - Rural Signs - based out of Armidale (Position Description)
• Team Leader - Maintenance Crew - based out of Guyra (Position Description)

In the role of Team Leader, you are accountable for the coordination and leadership of a small to medium-sized crew.  You will be an experienced operator who will not only coach and develop your team, but will be willing to roll your sleeves up to get in and help. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities of your team including delegation of tasks, addressing development and performance of your team and adhering to quality and safety standards.
