About the Opportunity
We are looking for a driven team leader to oversee the daily functions of the kiosk team, working in partnership with the broader team to achieve annual goals, programs and projects of the Aquatics department.
The Team leader will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experience at Maitland Aquatics Centres. This is delivered by ensuring efficient and effective kiosk and reception operations and processes, and supporting, training and developing kiosk staff.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 35 hours per week with a base salary range $72,683 - $80,678 per year + super.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, conduct themselves with honesty and integrity, with a genuine desire to deliver outcomes for our community. You will bring experience in managing people, operations, guest services, hospitality, with a focus on continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Hospitality with contemporary experience, or an equivalent, and a food handling certificate. Experience with providing excellent customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders, managing facility membership, booking processes, proven ability to supervise staff and work productively as a member of a team while contributing to team goals.

Maitland Aquatic Centre is located in the heart of Maitland and boasts an indoor pool, outdoor pool and splash pad. The second location is at East Maitland, and is open daily from October to April.
