
Sustainability Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and professional individual to lead and motivate the Sustainability team within Council’s Environment function.
As the Team Leader Sustainability, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to support the delivery of Council’s sustainability initiatives, helping prepare our city for a low carbon future. You will oversee the implementation of Council’s Zero Emissions Program, and lead the development of policies, processes and frameworks to support our environmental commitments and targets.
Along with being a strong and inclusive leader of people, you will manage key sustainability and net zero emissions programs, support engagement and reporting across committees and funding bodies, and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement in environmental performance across Council.

- Permanent full time, 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
- Commencing salary range from $98,486 - $104,514 per annum (dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
