We are seeking experienced and confident female Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis in Strathalbyn in a high care accommodation service working with multiple clients.

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives by providing compassionate and personalised support.

Does this sound like you?

• experience working with complex medication administration

• PEG feeding, bowel, continence care and diabetes management (training provided)

• Experience with non-verbal communication strategies

• great team work skills in a busy environment

• Available to work across the week including afternoons, on call and active overnight shifts (preferred)

What you'll need to have

• A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability (or equivalent) students welcomed

• A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

• NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check

• Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
