Your new roleCoordinate and lead structural maintenance and QA activities under the Asset Integrity ProgramDevelop detailed work packs aligned with engineering, SAP, and AIMS prioritiesCollaborate with Protective Coatings Coordinator and Execution SupervisorsManage remediation schedules, SAP notifications, and documentationAttend planning meetings and contribute to pre-read schedulesTrack defect progress and ensure timely close-outSupport budgeting and resource planningSupervise Project Supervisors to ensure safe, compliant executionVerify and archive completed remediation documentationEnsure compliance evidence is captured and storedMaintain knowledge of BMA-PRO-0069 and relevant standardsManage training compliance via a dedicated matrixEnsure the plant is returned to BAU in better conditionPromote high standards and continuous improvement
What you'll need to succeedProven experience in structural maintenance coordination or asset integrityStrong understanding of SAP workflows and engineering documentationFamiliarity with Australian and ISO standardsExcellent stakeholder communication and planning skillsAbility to lead teams and mentor across disciplinesCommitment to safety and quality assuranceExperience with budget and resource managementKnowledge of QA/QC processes
