What's on offer:

  • a base salary ranging from $81,860 per annum with competency-based increments up to $96,965 per annum, plus 11.5% super
  • 70 hour, 9 day fortnight

We are seeking:

  • Tertiary qualifications or post-graduate qualifications in a training related discipline such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate in Adult Education or Graduate Diploma in Education.
  • Experience in implementing change management and business improvement projects in a large organisation.
  • Experience in Microsoft SharePoint and business systems in a large organisation.
  • Skilled in developing procedures, user manuals and delivering training using modern technology for individuals and groups.
  • Strong research, problem-solving and data analysis skills to identify business improvement opportunities and implement new business processes.
  • Ability to work well in a team and build organisation-wide relationships to implement customer solutions and drive business improvements.

Where it's located:

This position is based in Tweed Heads and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
