A well-established regional law firm based in Queanbeyan is seeking a solicitor with 1–3 years post-admission experience to join its growing team. The firm is known for its high-performance culture, commitment to excellence, and supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development.
Your new role 
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your legal skill set and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of practice areas. You will work alongside experienced practitioners and be involved in matters including:• Commercial law and transactions
• Civil litigation and dispute resolution
• Family law
• Property law, including conveyancing and leasing
• Wills, estates, and succession planning
• Criminal law and summary matters
You will manage your own files with appropriate supervision, engage directly with clients, and contribute to the delivery of practical, solutions-focused legal advice. This is an in-office role, five days a week, offering valuable exposure to collaborative legal practice and mentoring.

What you'll need to succeed 
•1–3 years post-admission experience in Australia
•Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
•Strong communication, drafting, and client service skills
•A proactive and organised approach to file management
•A genuine interest in developing expertise across multiple areas of law
•A commitment to contributing to a high-performing, team-oriented environment
