We are a privately owned Dealership Group in the Adelaide Hills with multiple franchises across 3 locations.

We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dedicated team in the beautiful Adelaide Hills at Bridgewater where we hold the Nissan, Suzuki and MG franchises. 

About the role:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our valued customers and our skilled service team. Your role will be to provide an outstanding customer experience from the moment a vehicle is booked in until it's ready to return to the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service inquiries and bookings ensuring their customer experience exceeds their expectations

• Keep customers updated throughout the day as to any additional work that has been advised by the servicing Technician.

• Provide accurate service estimates and explain repair details

• Liaise with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently

• Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process

• Customer follow up in line with Manufacturers expectations

• Manage service administration, invoicing, and follow-ups

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

About You

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong time management and organisational abilities

• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Experience in a similar role would be preferred but not essential
