What You Will Be Working On

If you are passionate about strategic land use and have a knack for project management with a drive for community impact, the position of Senior Project Officer Contribution Arrangements could be for you.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager Contributions and Arrangements, you will provide key program and project support for crucial infrastructure, facilities and other development projects for the City. Your ability to build strong working relationships as well as identifying key partnerships with state and local government representatives, will successfully support the administration of Development Contribution plans.

Your objectives will include:

  • Initiation, preparation, operation and review of development contribution plans.
  • Analyse and make recommendations for Management and Council on planning matters in relation to development contribution arrangements.
  • Administer third party contributions to development contributions plans.
  • Apply project management methodologies to progress projects through the full life cycle and successful achieve the required outputs and benefits.

We’re seeking a Senior Project Officer Contributions Arrangement who thrives in working with developers and excels in networking and building strong relationships. You will have sound planning experience with a strong track record of project management and delivery with the willingness to learn.
