About the Opportunity

At PMHC every employee plays a part in ensuring we work together to achieve positive outcomes for our community. To help us achieve this we are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our team.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Extensive experience in end to end payroll processing.
  • Solid understanding of payroll related legislation including taxation and superannuation requirements.
  • Experience in system maintenance, complex calculations and reconciliations.
  • Strong problem solving, time management and communication skills.

On a typical day this role will:

  • End to end payroll processing including data entry, calculation and electronic lodgment of employee pays.
  • System maintenance including setup and maintenance of organizational hierarchy and employee Masterfiles.
  • End of financial year processes including updating rates of pay and processing pay increases.
  • Calculation, reconciliation and remittance of taxation, superannuation and workers compensation.
  • Resolve payroll related enquiries.

Remuneration and Benefits

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent 35 hours per week

Salary (exclusive of super): In the range of $79,370 to $89,319 depending on skills and experience
