About the opportunity

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience in customer service or administration roles and a passion for creating excellent customer experiences to join our pool team for the 2024/2025 season!

Council has temporary and casual opportunities at our Outdoor Aquatic Facilities. The Senior Aquatics Customer Service Officer will be the friendly face that our community will first see when visiting our Cessnock and Branxton pools. You will be responsible for delivering high quality customer service and promoting a customer-centric culture which offers a positive customer experience to our community. As a vital member of our team, you will ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operations of the kiosk including selling and processing pool memberships, multi-visit passes and general gate entries and preparing, cooking and selling kiosk products. You will utilise your organisational skills to complete a range of tasks from ordering and receiving kiosk stock to ensure kiosks are appropriately stocked to arranging staff resources to ensure coverage of the kiosk during operational hours.

Remuneration:

$32.65 - $37.80 per hour plus superannuation (Casuals will also receive 25% loading)
