The Role

Millennium is currently seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Port Lincoln SA. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic group of skilled and motivated professionals in a supportive environment.

We have Part time positions available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays.

Key Responsibilities

Patrolling designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and propertyProviding a professional and courteous customer service experienceAdhering to all relevant security protocols and proceduresRespond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support.Assess and respond to situations of risk.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

A valid Security LicenceBasic First Aid and CPR certificationMust have valid driver’s licenseMust have valid white card, or be willing to obtain oneExperienced in crowd or venue controlPrevious experience in a retail environment (highly regarded)Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shiftsA good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role)Reliable transportation (preferred).The ability to follow instructions and work independentlyStrong attention to detailA proven track record of reliability and punctuality
