Salary from $107,740.11 to $123,189.06 per annum plus superannuation
(Salary package will be assessed based on skills, experience and qualifications).

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to use and expand your strategic thinking, professional judgement,
leadership and technical risk and insurance skills and experience in contributing to an extraordinary
Wollongong. This position directly contributes to ensuring risk and insurance outcomes are delivered to
Council and our community.

What You will be doing:

Coordinating and leading a small team including establishing work schedules, monitoring,
and reviewing progress and performance
Coordinating and contributing to the ongoing development, implementation and education of
Council's Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework, Strategic Risk Registers, Business
Continuity Plan and Crisis Management Plan
Assisting in placing Council's insurance portfolio
Managing and resolving compensation claims
