About the Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking a motivated and skilled Revenue Officer to join our team in the Financial Services Unit of the Council.

As the Revenue Officer you will provide valuable advice and support to help deliver the key objectives of Council’s Strategic Plan, particularly related to Council's revenue. Assisting the Senior Revenue Officer, you will ensure the smooth operations while offering exceptional customer service. This includes handling telephone and counter inquiries and responding to correspondence related to revenue matters in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

Remuneration

$73,756 -$85,402 per annum plus superannuation

About You

You are a problem solver with the ability to critically think on your feet and have a Certificate IV in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, related discipline, or demonstrated comprehensive experience in a similar role. You should also have a solid background in an office environment, with a strong understanding of financial systems and operations.
