Pay Rate: $44.65 – $47.57 per hour
Employment Type: Part Time, Fixed Term (until April 2026)
About the Opportunity
Western Downs Regional Council (WDRC) is seeking a Recruitment & Employee Services Supervisor to play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce while supporting the communities we serve.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across Council.
- Assist with remuneration, benefits, and employee entitlements.
- Interpret and implement employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Provide HR reporting and data insights to support decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of modern HR initiatives, supported by technology, to improve efficiency and service delivery.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised, people-focused, and passionate about HR.
- Qualified in Human Resources (or has equivalent related experience).
- Equipped with strong knowledge of HR practices, legislation, and compliance.
- A holder of a current driver’s licence.
- Proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
