·         Carry out in bound and out bound quality inspections at various locations including wharf, contractor premises & Irizar Factory ensuring Irizar’s quality standards are always maintained.

·         Conduct vehicle inspections and reports inline with company procedure.

·         Investigate quality issues, identifying root cause and documenting & co ordinating corrective action.

·         Inspect warranty parts.

·         Provide constant feedback to the various business units.

·         Provide guidance to internal and external parties where needed.

·         Preparation and submission of warranty & claims, recalls and warranty coordination.
