As our NT portfolio continues to expand, we’re seeking a highly capable Experienced Property Manager to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview

The Experienced Property Manager will oversee a tidy portfolio within Darwin Palmerston region. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who knows the Territory market, can work autonomously and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties across the NT

• Oversee leasing, tenant relations, inspections and renewals

• Conduct routine property inspections

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor management

• Handle arrears management and lease compliance

• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and team members

• Ensure compliance with NT tenancy laws, company standards

• Willingness to grow and nurture portfolio

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, ideally within the NT or similar markets

• Solid understanding of NT tenancy legislation and local rental market conditions

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with property management software (e.g. PropertyMe)

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAM) are highly regarded but not essential
