Who we are:

In collaboration with Amp Energy, Enerven is excited to announce our involvement in the design and construction of the Bungama Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project. The Bungama BESS Project further highlights our dedication to advancing energy innovation and promoting sustainable solutions.

The initial stage of the project incorporates a 150 MW/300MWh BESS facility, a 275/33kV substation, and a 275kV Harmonic filter and shunt reactor.

The Role: 

Reporting to our Project Coordinator, an opportunity now exists for a highly experienced and engaging Project Support Officer on a 2-year term contract based at Bungama. As part of this role, you will:

  • Provide high level administration support ensuring the project kicks off successfully and is supported through all aspects of delivery culminating in a successful completion.
  • Perform administrative duties for the site-based office and work directly with the project team, interacting with clients, sub-contractors, order management, invoicing, and project reporting.
  • Achieve and maintain Enerven and client KPI requirements.
  • Track and maintain central project records, and have open lines of communication between departments, producing regular management, financial and client reports
  • Manage and maintain scheduled project deliverables.

You will be the go-to administration person for site inquiries and minor operational requirements.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Possess 2+ years of demonstrated project administration experience gained from within the construction, utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Have either a Cert IV in Business or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Be passionate about building relationships with others and at ease when dealing with customers and clients.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Have a current driver’s license
  • Must be comfortable with working on a construction-based site office.
  • Hours outside of normal working hours may be required
  • Interstate travel may be required
