We're currently searching for a driven and experienced Project Manager - Facilities to join our organisation in a full-time capacity.

About the Opportunity
Manage the planning, delivery, and oversight of major projects, ensuring they are effectively coordinated, meet quality standards, comply with contractual obligations, and align with Council's strategic objectives while mitigating risks.
What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
- Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering major projects, including managing government funding obligations.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate confidently with staff at all levels.
- Experience in budget planning, financial control, project planning and monitoring.
- Current Driver’s Licence
Salary and conditions
The position is classified within Band 7 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $104,988.52 to $117,480.48 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
