Bird in Hand—an internationally celebrated winery known for its premium wines, immersive experiences and bold artistic vision—is expanding its PR, Brand & Marketing team. We’re looking for two creative, driven communicators to help amplify our story locally and globally.

• PR & Brand Executive

• PR & Marketing Coordinator

PR & Brand Executive

Lead and shape the Bird in Hand narrative across media, digital and events. You’ll work closely with our Brand Director to elevate brand storytelling and secure meaningful coverage.

You’ll:

• Write media releases and brand content

• Build relationships with media, influencers and partners

• Manage PR agency communications

• Host media visits and brand activations

• Deliver high-profile events in SA & Tasmania

• Oversee marketing collateral and sponsorship activations

You bring:
3+ years in PR/communications, strong writing, media pitching experience, event expertise and digital savvy. luxury, wine or lifestyle experience a plus.

PR & Marketing Coordinator

A hands-on, creative role supporting daily marketing, PR, social and digital activity. You’ll be central to the brand’s voice and content output.

You’ll:

• Manage social channels and grow engagement

• Create newsletters and manage website content

• Coordinate content across teams

• Produce graphics and marketing collateral

• Support events, media activity and sponsorships

• Assist with customer enquiries and online sales

You bring:
Experience with Canva/Adobe, CMS skills, email marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo), excellent copywriting and a love for creative execution.

We’re seeking exceptional communicators with strong visual sensibility, attention to detail, creativity, discipline and the ability to juggle multiple premium projects. A passion for wine, art, hospitality and luxury experiences is highly valued.
