Embrace Excellence: Join Our Team as a Pool Attendant!

Are you ready to be the guiding force behind an exceptional pool experience? We're seeking a poised and proactive Pool Attendant to enrich our team and elevate our patrons' aquatic adventures. As a vital part of our team, you'll work closely with our team leader to ensure seamless operations and a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary focus will be on supervising our pools team, fostering a culture of safety, and delivering unparalleled customer service.

 

Essential Criteria

  1. Certification of Pool Lifeguard or possess statement of course completion and proven working experience within a Swimming Centre.
  2. Demonstrated ability in the use of POS, cash handling systems, and operating devices effectively, embracing digital solutions for aquatic facility activities to enable systems to facilitate day- to-day operations.
  3. Ability to network effectively with key stakeholders in offering advice and support to delivering high level customer services.
  4. Hold and maintain First Aid Certificate and Advances Resuscitation Certificate or equivalent.
  5. Maintain valid Working with Children check.
