Plant Operator - Grader

Do you enjoy hands on work and are passionate about making a difference in your community? We are looking for a skilled Grader Operator to join our team and assist with with construction and maintenance of our roads. 

As the Grader Operator you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking works as directed by the Supervisors or Manager Civil Infrastructure.
  • Competently operate heavy combination vehicles and/or grader and/or pave liner.
  • Coordinate and lead a small team of road construction or maintenance crew under the guidance of the road Supervisors.
  • Conduct, manage and actively participate in all toolboxes (On site and off site), safety and hazard identification meetings.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

This role offers the opportunity for you to be part of a competent, high performance team, along with opportunities for ongoing training. We offer a salary starting at $60,080 to $76,908 gross per annum plus superannuation. The starting salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the position.
