ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Plant Operator (Grader), you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of graders to ensure our roads are built and maintained to the highest standards. Your role will involve assisting with the supervision of projects and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain graders and other plant equipment for road construction and maintenance.
- Support the supervision of day-to-day work site activities, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.

ABOUT YOU

- Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent experience operating graders and other plant equipment safely.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise maintenance and construction crews.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $37.54 to $43.16 per hour (including 25% leave loading in lieu of entitlements), along with additional benefits such as:
