WPC Group are offering an exciting opportunity to start an apprenticeship with a renowned Japanese dealership for someone with a love for mechanics. Gain a nationally recognised qualification with support from our mentors and earn while you learn!

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone
  • Process customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Identify parts and components for a variety of vehicles
  • Manage stock control and assist with storage organization
  • Conduct transactions over the phone, online, and face-to-face

  • Integrity and honesty in all aspects of your work
