The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek an expe­ri­enced Project Man­ag­er to project man­age cap­i­tal works and minor infra­struc­ture projects and pro­vide admin­is­tra­tive ser­vices to the Tech­ni­cal Ser­vices team.

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will be includ­ing but not lim­it­ed to project man­age the design, doc­u­men­ta­tion and ten­der­ing of var­i­ous infra­struc­ture projects includ­ing stake­hold­er engage­ment, liaise with gov­ern­ment and ser­vice agen­cies, Coun­cil team mem­ber and com­mu­ni­ty groups in regards to cap­i­tal works and minor infra­struc­ture projects. admin­is­ter cap­i­tal works and minor infra­struc­ture projects’ bud­gets, works super­vi­sion and pro­vi­sion of expert advice, car­ry out site inspec­tions for both design and con­struc­tion projects. and pro­vide accu­rate project report­ing, includ­ing project reports and Coun­cil reports.

• Attrac­tive salary of Level 6.1 (MO) $114,190.17 inclusive skilled shortage allowance plus super­an­nu­a­tion p/a plus district allowance - $ 2611 w/dependents, $1498 w/o dependent.
