The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek a Team Leader Cleaner who will lead, coordinate and work alongside the cleaning team to effectively undertake a range of general cleaning duties in the Civic Centre Complex, Council’s Library and Civic Centre Public Toilets.

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include but not limited to take care of the day-to- day cleaning services, development, co-ordination and operation of service, including supervision of the Cleaners. You will be a self-motivated person with a high level of knowledge and skill in the operations of housekeeping/cleaning services and able to demonstrate an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure excellent customer service.

• Level 7.1 (ME) $73,917.38 p/a exclu­sive of super­an­nu­a­tion plus dis­trict allowance — $ 2611 w/​dependents, $1498 w/​o depen­dents on pro-rata basis.
• 6 weeks annu­al leave with addi­tion­al gen­er­ous leave entitlements.
