The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek an expe­ri­enced an experienced Operations Coordinator Works to work within the Works Depot team and under the general direction of the Manager Works.

Your responsibilities will be included but not limited to Maintain a well-organized depot environment including store, building and yards, conduct Quarterly and end of financial year stock take and complete associated reporting, ensure appropriate issuing and purchasing documentation for the replacement of plant, equipment, tools and store items for Council, assist payroll department with collating/tracking of staff timesheets and leave applications, and maintain depot inventory and identify appropriate new equipment needs.

  • Attrac­tive salary of Level 5.1 (MO) $92,783.52 exclu­sive of super­an­nu­a­tion p/a plus dis­trict allowance — $ 2611 w/​dependents, $1498 w/​o dependents
  • 6 weeks annu­al leave with addi­tion­al gen­er­ous leave entitlements.
